Do you know where your smudge is?
I have given up processed white carbs for Lent, and I'm already jonesing for some. This includes white pasta, white rice, white bread/baked goods, reconstituted potato products, sweets, and sugary soda. It is my great hope that I will lose some weight during Lent this year. How much I lose will determine what color I wear for Easter.
I lose nothing, I wear white. I don't want to wear white.
I lose 5-7 pounds, I wear blue. Blue's okay.
I lose 7-12 pounds, I wear red. Red's my power color.
