(no subject)
Just had another 4.4. Was outside cuddling bunnies. ♥
Changed to skirt until we get the water back. We don't even have a long drop - more of a short drop, really - and it's hard enough maintaining the precarious position required to aim your pee into a hole in the ground in a secluded corner without also having to simultaneously hold your jeans out of the way and hope the earth doesn't decide to heave you off mid-stream. Do not fancy landing in undignified heap on ground, covered in urine and dirt, with no good way of washing my clothes.
I feel I should contribute something to
help_nz. First thought was a scavenger hunt photo collection but quickly realised that with the whole area classed as central city cordoned off it could easily become both difficult and uninteresting. Also will not offer a vid this time - my editing software and files are on my desktop, which is in my bedroom, where I have spent a combined total of about ten minutes. Instead I will most likely offer timpstamp fic and kink fic. Feels like I should do something considering it's indirectly helping me.
Trying to come up with a list of things I need to handle. Currently feeding last bits out of bags of rabbit pellets - looks like I'll have to head to Tower Junction on the other side of town to get more. Not sure if/when buses operating, so either hitchhiking or getting a ride? idk. I have litter coming when the mail resumes (report is partial postal resuming on Tuesday) and I have a decent amount of hay but may need more at some point.
Apart from that I need a new phone which will probably be a Samsung s3370b based on price and features, but I have to figure out what I need to do like fiddling with insurance or w/e, easiest/quickest way to get it sorted.
Apparently there is a drinkies event tonight. There's a couple of people I wouldn't mind seeing and a way to get there but it sounds hugely overwhelming and no way to get home without begging someone else's favour which I hate.
