My Thoughts: Relief

Well, I just about have another chapter of Resurrection completed--I just have to proofread and then I'll post it--and it's finally in the home stretch.  Just two more chapters and a short epilogue and it is done; then I can focus on completing my other WIPs.

I'm a bit torn about Resurrection ending. On the one hand, I understand it cannot go on forever. On the other, I wish it would. As you know, it took me a LONG time to get into it, but now I'm completely hooked. I'd go almost as far as saying that if it were possible I would want you to make a full length novel with just the original characters, and I would be happy to buy a hard copy. I know it doesn't make sense, but take it as a sign of how attached I've become to many of them (including both your stupendous vilains and the too many realistic characters who are likable but still not always able to see what's best when life throws curve balls at them).

Oh well, it's good to know that you've managed to leave the series finale behind you, and that you have a vacation ahead. I hope you will keep writing fanfic forever, but I also hope you will not find so much time because you'll be busy with a job you love (and, who lnows, possibly, resuming your education as well). If you can, a pic from Hawaii would be welcome.

ETA: my country has more inhabitants than yours, and still no HL concert either (he has dates in France, Germany, Spain, and even one each in Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands). On the other hand, inner European transport is admittedly cheap: being small and crowded can be a definite plus.

PS Be careful what you wish for: I bickered about MacD for a long time, and now my daughter wants filet at the steakhouse instead. Talk about expensive (although I suppose it's healthier).
