I liked the picture you painted. guilty! wilson and especially suicidal!house. The latter is almost too close to canon as I see canon for comfort - House's incredible self-destructive attitude comes from a lack of self-love. Which is btw why I found 7x23 so unnatural - House was never violent towards others (and I don't think there's a slippery slope between punching a much fitter man on the nose, or breaking Wilson's poster glass, and ramming a car in an inhabited house ( ... )

House saying that everyone would be better off he were dead is sadly what I think he believes (not helped by certain people telling him all the time that he only brings misery to other people). I like wilson apologizing for what he was doing to wake House up, and wanting to pretend it never happened (as if you could just sweep something like that under the carpet).
