rt running under lighty with fastcgi is probably the best web app i've ever seen. also, don't leave home without this.

i have a more than passing interest in ticketing systems (yeah, i'm that boring), having written some and working daily with rt since, like, forever (i even did remedy for a while, fuck me!).

today the sauce for simple ticket was released, and i'll surely be installing it and giving it a whirl (hey, new job, new ticketing system). stay tuned.
