Computer Annoyances! (Subtitled: Grr! Argh!
Okay, I'm so sorry that I haven't updated in so long -- and even more sorry that this is doomed to be a brief update. I'm on a timed session on a public library computer and I have so much that I need to do in this one hour that it's impossible to do everything that I wanted to do on LJ, so here it is.
As I've said, I've gotten rid of my shit-tastic laptop, but here's the issue with that:
A) My laptop's disc drive died on me and I potentially lost most of the files I thought I had saved on backup, and also it ate most of my computer files while screwing up the memory space on my Sansa mp3 player (if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, please tell me).
B) My roomate, it turns out, is a really touchy bitch about me using her computer. Therefore, until I get my next computer both up and running and connected to the internet, there is no way that I can actually be plugged in, so to speak.
So, I'm just going to end this entry with a simple fact: no matter what the computer situation is, I'm not going to update my journal again until I can also at least update Winter Song, if not also the Passion of Angels and Demons. Thank you for your time and patience, and should you ever happen to see that Dell laptop floating through a recycling center, be sure to give it a good kick from me. Damn it!
