Too much money spent
1) Today's flavour: violets in lavender jelly on Duchy Originals oaten biscuits. Like a high-concept couture dress that's half misty clouds of violet silk gauze and half artfully distressed burlap, all about the texture. (Duchy Originals have garnered a surprising amount of goodwill for Prince Charles from me. Imagine being in the sort of position where you can do absolutely everything and absolutely nothing, and... opting to give the world more organic biscuits. Of course they're overpriced biscuits, but since even the burlap ones are 1/5 butter by weight you only eat two of them at once, making the box last weeks' worth of afternoon office teas.)
2) Bought some books off Amazon Japan. Will order a few more once these ship. There are some oddities in the second lot that landed in the cart during a fit of cliche-o-phobia at the endless parade of BL gakuenmono.

Yes, I'm going to see Depeche after all. It's a parterre seat. Franz Ferdinand is sold out. T____T I knew I shouldn't have left it until... what? More than a month in advance? (It would have been another 90$ altogether and CEPSUM is a lousy venue, but they hadn't come round on this tour and I'm sorry to disappoint joliefolie.)
4) Am taking an introduction to Flash course at Concordia; have to send the registration form off tomorrow.
Together items 1-4 are... it's a good thing I got a raise after all. >_>
