Nebula Wrap-Up, part 1

Up, Up, and Away
I haven't had a chance to post much about my trip to Florida. I attended the Nebula Awards for science fiction and fantasy writing, and watched the awe-inspiring final launch of the Space Shuttle Atlantis from one of the official NASA viewing areas. I don't have time to go into details here, but here's a photo.

Oooh, I want one!
Did you see this article about the Spaceship House in Tennessee? I'm torn between "What in the world were they thinking?" and "Oooh, I want one!" It would be kind of fun as a vacation get-away, don't you think? My son just asked if we can build a house that really flies in space.
