Hey guys look it is a meme from apiphile ! I think it's a great idea.

COMMENT AND SAY ONE THING YOU LIKE ABOUT ME,
TWO THINGS YOU LIKE ABOUT YOURSELF,
AND IF YOU SEE ANYONE YOU KNOW IN THE COMMENTS (I SUGGEST RETURNING REGULARLY)
COMMENT AND TELL THEM THREE THINGS YOU LIKE ABOUT THEM.

Then repost.

I am so pissed off at Chris Rock I could blog. I  caught a bit of his show on E4 last night. How is this guy so popular? Woman-hating bastard. Not only are "hey hey men and women are different right" jokes hideously outdated, if you ARE going to do them you have to do them VERY carefully, otherwise they are just offensive and boring. GRRRR. Anyway if you are a fan of this guy feel free to defend him in comments, maybe he was being very very subtly ironic and I just didn't catch enough of the show to get it or whatever. Or maybe I am a humourless feminist and I should get a life. Hmm... nope.

So I was reading this book in Waterstones the other day, Six-Word Memoirs. It's a pretty great idea, there are some brilliant ones. The website is here. I came up with a few - some are better than others and all that, but here they are:

Let's do it all over again.

Too old; too young; just right.

Up and down all the time.

Got over being clever. Thank God!

Talented, bright, chellenging. Never hooked up.

Dylan fan - all you need know.

Of course nobody can be summed up in six words, but can a person be summed up in any number of words? People are constantly changing, fluid, different people from year to year or hour to hour. I guess life is like a work-in-progress, and it never really gets finished, only abandoned (like so many of mine). So six words is as good as any other number.

/whatever the fuck that was. Thanks for that Fizz, I'm sure that's given us all a lot to think about...

writing, non sequiturs, silliness, love
