Okay, so... mixed response to the Cameron thing. I can understand that, but here's my take on why it might be a good idea:

1. If you're doing a House/Cameron fic for Come As You Aren't, not hating Cameron would probably help.
2. I know that, for some people, hating a character is part of the fun of watching a show. Personally, though, I would probably enjoy it more if I weren't biased against Cameron.
3. Liking Cameron is not the same as liking House/Cameron. Personally I think House/Cameron is creepy and symbolically incestuous, actually (but that's just my opinion). I'm talking about Cameron as an individual here.
4. There are only two female characters on the show, and Cuddy doesn't get enough screentime (yeah, I know Wilson doesn't either, I'm just sayin'). We might be slashers, but we don't have to hate the women, you know?
5. Every group of shippers likes to think that it's the one with the most objectivity, but it's almost never true. Being more tolerant towards Cameron might earn us some bonus points in that area (I don't know who's keeping score, but whatever).
6. Shipper wars are boring.
7. It might be fun.
8. What's so funny 'bout peace, love and understanding? (It's stuck in my head and I can't get it out).

So anyway, let me know what you think. Oh, and OBVIOUSLY, those who like Cameron already would be welcome too.

Okay, another poll, because these things are addictive:
