Is it just me, or does it seem like far from House and Wilson competing for 3B girl, House is actually going to try and keep up the pretence of their being gay in order to cock-block Wilson (but NOT so he can have cute 3B girl for himself)? Because that's what it looks like to me. Okay, wishful thinking I guess, but from what I've seen it makes WAY more sense.
