It's no big deal, but the question is not actually whether Jared Loughner's mug-shot was doctored to make him appear more sinister, but by how much, by whom and how quickly? Most obviously there's the Joker-slash added to the corner of his mouth (achieved by 'smudging'), the obvious black cut-out around his shirt, and the darkening around his eyes ( Read more... ) -

New York Magazine has a series of six alternate history shorts called 'Memories of the Gore Administration', looking back at the ten-year history of Presidents Al Gore and Mitt Romney. George W. Bush, meanwhile, is in rehab. Six episodes with five writers, including some unknown skiffy hack called Glenn Beck.
