It's about time someone put together another 'short short' anthology (but in the meantime we still have Michael Swanwick). This inevitably has some very pleasant surprises and a couple of greats from Damon Knight; otherwise, even with editors such as Asimov, Greenberg and Olander at the helm, Sturgeon's Law applies.
