Cabbage Family, Kale and Herbs
Started seed for cabbage, brussels sprouts, kale, oregano and thyme. The table in the dining room is perfectly situated facing south out large windows facing three directions: south-east, south and south-west. Hopefully this year's crop will do better than last year's. I woke up excited to work with soil and seed. It was a feeling of anticipation akin to Christmas morning before presents or a birthday before the friends and cake.
