Hello Kiddies,
There isn't much to report so here's a nifty poll! It looks like it's time to replace both the phone and the computer, so we are quizzing the brain trust on their expertise and opinions with some whimsical folly thrown in for good measure. Enjoy!

You should go to the store of your choice and investigate. The iPhone is very intuitive and easy to use. But my husbeastie works in technology, and per him, the absolute best phone out there is the Samsung Galaxy. Indeed, when they upgrade their phones, he plans to get the Galaxy. So go and try them for yourself, becuase you'll know which one suits you, I think.
When shopping for a computer, similiar shit applies. What are you going to be using it for? Simply surfing the web/writing? Go look at netbooks and tablets: the iPad, etc. The iPad is the best tablet, the Asus is the best netbook. If, like some of my friends, you have carpal tunnel/wrist/shoulder issues, take a long hard look at the tablets. The iPad is actually a fantastic product, and if you're just going to be surfing the web and maybe putting together a few short stories, it's the bomb and will serve you well. If you're going to be needing more performance, or you're going to be gaming and shit, hands DOWN, the Alienware is the best. C and I both game, we both have Alienware. I fuckin' love my computer. BUT! It's heavy, cumbersome, and I refuse to cart it around for casual trips. (Honestly? I wish I had a netbook for writing. But I haven't the financial resources to keep two computers around, so I make do. Again, LOVE MY ALIENWARE SFM!)
My web browser of choice is Safari. But that's only because I've gotten used to it on my Mac desktop, and because Firefox is a fuckin' memory hog. I still occasionally use IE on my laptop, too.
I hate chat programs. If pressed, I'll occasionally drag out Gchat or YIM. But for the most part, just text. If I have time, I'll respond ASAP! :)

I have also been incredibly impressed with the battery life on my 4S. I have heard that people have had serious issues with it, but I was on the phone with davidmadly the other day for 5 hours, and I only lost 40% of the battery life. Which is amazing compared to my old phone.
