I don't really find alcohol in general tasting good, but I would say that it's not as foul as other things, and tastes like really smooth bailey's.

Next Monday!!! When you be back?

beautiful ferris wheel. canada isnt sparta. not sure about alcohol, but since bailey's already has whiskey, putting more whiskey in shouldn't make a difference.

oops. not signed in. if you put milk in beer it also gets messed up. but if you put vodka in milk, it's fine.

Do you mean beautiful ferris wheel, as in, "it is an aesthetically pleasing structure?"

What happens if you mix beer and vodka then? Because if it's the curdling is caused by the pH, it beer in vodka should technically have the same affect as milk in beer. Si?

ok, i have an answer. god, i should have figured it out sooner. it's all based on adding an acid to the milk. alcohol is not acidic. however, a carbonated beverage contains CO2, which reacts with water to permanently produce acidic carbonic acid in the equation CO2 + H2O → H2CO3. there. problem solved.

its always hard to tell what i mean, but what i meant was that it wasnt a monstrosity, it was beautiful as in aesthetically pleasing. unless you meant monstrosity as in large.

oh no. theres no way that vodka and beer would curdle. thats silly. its not just pH. milk is essentially a fat in water emulsion. the emulsion can be separated into two parts - curds and wey. during curdling, you just see the curds. since beer nor vodka are fat in water emulsions, curdling would not take place. so yeah... not just pH.
