25!! hopefully many more to go
yesterday, october 12th, was my 25th birthday. it was a very good day spent with amazing people. the only thing i would have changed about it would be not being able to hang out with britta, but i am sure we will fix that.
i went to my moms early in the morning because in ohio you have to get a new license when you turn 25. which was good because i needed one. mine was broekn in like 4 pieces and has been for the past year.
once my mother was done working we headed to the cemetary to visit my brother and plant some flowers. it was just perfect because it wasn't sad. it was a beautiful fall day. so after we planter the flowers my mom tells me to stick out my hand and close my eyes. i obviously humor her and do so. i opened my eyes to a jewelery box. when i opened the box i instantly began to cry. my mom was always prepared for her childrens future. getting diamond rings for each of us if we were to get married. for the girls..the man would obviously have to ask for her blessing, and then she would give them the ring. well the ring in the box was the one that was my brothers. it was a very happy momment. and the tears were joy between the 2 of us. i was very honored to be given that ring, and i will cherish forever.
ian suprised me with the cutest ipod nano. that was the perfrect gift from him because it meant that he was listening. he got it in the seafoam green like i wanted. it was perfect
