So today I picked up the 1999 Aristocrats mini-series DVDs from the library (after waiting for WEEKS to get hold of them!) and I again managed to persuade my laptop DVD player to let me grab some screencaps. Alas, Ben's character (Lord Kildare) isn't in the episode until the last 15 minutes, but he looked mighty fine once he turned up:

I think I watched that when it was first on! The foot fetish bit is ringing a bell. I'd forgotten all about it, and I had no idea Ben Daniels was in it! :D

Yeah, it's quite old (1999). I think the foot/shoe fetish is pretty unforgettable to be honest! :P

Having just watched the first two episodes of Aristocrats I had to come back and gaze at your lovely caps again... might have to make a few of my own too.

I couldn't help being reminded of David Mellor and that scandal over his foot fetish - and thinking, "I'd rather have Ben Daniels sucking my toes, thanks!"

Funnily enough, I was reminded of that particular British scandal... and had the exact same reaction as you did!
