what WHAT

I'm gonna keep this post short, and try and be on this more. Looking back through it really made me appreciate having a sort of narrative for my life. So here goes:

I got a full-time big-girl job at a company called Schawk! about a month ago. I'm loving it and learning a lot. Not having to worry about where the money is coming from or when I'm going to work at each job (Blu, City Screen, CauseURGood, freelance design, etc) is an amazing thing. Plus, with the hours (1:30pm - 10pm) I have the whole first part of the day to write, go to the gym, or sleep in if I feel like it.

I'm living in the Inner Richmond now with my friend Craig Rouskey. Both of us like the place but are looking forward to moving more into the city, which we'll probably do when the lease is up next June.

No serious relationships yet--I dated a handsome Danish boy for a few months but neither of us were feeling enough to take it to the next level. I'm dating kind of haphazardly, doing the OKC thing a bit...not really putting a whole lot of effort into it. It's fun meeting new people and seeing different parts of the city.

Mostly I just write/edit (Author Asbury down to 576 pages now, can you believe it?), run at the gym, work at Schawk!, and host the occasional Karaoke party. Life is good, not having to worry about money is good, and even being single is pretty damn great. Who needs love when the sandwiches are wicked and they know you at the Mac Store?
