I have garbanzo beans started on the stove. (My Mamma's method for any dried legume, if you don't want to take the time to soak them overnight, is to bring them to a boil, simmer for 45 min., let rest for 3 or 4 hours and then boil for a couple hours until they're soft.)

I am thinking of making Kimberly bread.

My kitchen is clean. I may start a new cross stitch project or do some more work on one of my old ones.

The weather is fabulous.

It's sunny, but there's enough wind to keep it cool.
