Anything else??
So, I haven't updated lately, but I've been insanely busy and just plain insane. It turns out that they found "something" during my grandma's cancer tests, she is now going to have a bone marrow test tomorrow, she has been a trooper, but i am still very scared for her. She is now alone, my aunt is on her cruise trip, we were going to maybe go back to fill in her spot, but it got too late to get tickets. We are going to go for easter during spring break. I bought a cell phone on saturday and charged it, i immediately noticed that it didn't hold a charge but thought i maybe should try draining the battery then charging it again. I did this, and again, in a matter of hours, the battery was dead but now said "change battery". My mom and I went to the verizon store to get it looked at and they replaced the battery and told me to charge it at my earliest convenience, so when i got home, i did so. I woke up from my nap last night and it was done charging, but yet again died and said to change the battery. During this fiasco, i was scrambling to write an essay, read a whole bunch of missed readings and do my math homework that was all today all while really not feeling good after my doctors appointment and having a mini-melt down about school and life. I completed a couple math problems, my mom looked over my essay a little bit then she crashed. She told me to go to bed if i needed to. I decided to go in my room and watch the awesome show the OC. I came out, my sister came home also having a melt down and very scared that she was going to get fired from her current record label job, and we all decided to go to bed. Being the way i was, i slept with my mom, i HATE sleeping in my room when my dad is out of town, it scares me and makes me think i'd have no chance if a robber came in since i'm the only one on my side of the house. I didn't sleep well - my asthmatic coughing reaction started up again and i couldn't breath. I woke up at 6:30 in the morning and started working on my math while my mom finished looking at my essay. We discused the problems and then she went off to teach her class and i started fixing my essay. I finished it up and started working on my journals. She came back home and we went to the Verizon phone thinking they would just switch the phone for a new one. We finally get called, and my phone is out of stock. Not only is it out of stock, it will never be back in stock, i bought a discontinued phone, was i aware of this, no. The representitive then called MONTEBELLO and asked if they had it in stock, and then expected US to DRIVE OUT THERE and pick it up. When we argued, she said there might be one in Glendora, like that is any fucking better. We asked if it could be mailed over-night, and were told it wouldn't be overnight - it would take 3-5 business days, it is thursday, that means i would get at the earliest on tuesday. that's 4 days w/o a cell, assuming it would come on the 3rd day. I got very pissed at this notion and started to get hostile, she told me the phone was discontinued, i asked why i wasn't informed of this and she claimed they didn't know. When told they pretty much wouldn't be able to mail it unless i wanted to sacrifice having a phone for about a week, we then told them we wanted to return it and cancel the service. I think their tone immediately changed after taht and they said that they had other phones that we could buy that are the same price, we said we would look. OF COURSE the company LG that makes the phone recommended for my service was the phone that was 10$ more. I dont think they should charge us, as a matter of fact i think they should let me pick any phone within reason and give it to us for free. I then left because i had to get to school and we went off to burger king on the way, but in doing so we spent 15 min driving out of the way to get there because my mom went the wrong way. We had to then run home because my new shoes were ripping up my heels more and more with each step and i ran in the house and switched shoes and then we drove to school. I went to class, found out that she didnt want to collect the homework i was stressing over, and that i indeed failed the last test we took with a score of 20/50. I went to take my in class essay for english, and was informed that it had the wrong start time and then sent to a specialist to explain why, all while pretty much being incinuated that i would not be able to take the essay. Tina said it was okay this once, but since there is no longer a conflict that was present when i filled out the forms, i have to meet with a specialist and do the hole contract process over again which took 45 min to do in the first place. I took the essay, was very fiery in it and passionate about my opinion, stapled it toghther and turned it in and went up to the class. When getting to the class i realized that i didn't have a copy of the first and final draft of the essay to turn in and after finding out that the library doesn't have microsoft word on it's computers properly, i had to go all the way back down to where i took the in class essay. printed everything and then walked all the way back to the class to turn it in. I didn't have my journal done to turn in but she said i could turn it in on tuesday. Oh, and i found out the other day that my uncle's brother is missing at sea, he went on a fishing trip by himself and never came home. They found his boat, the motor was inside the boat and fishing line was tangled on it. They beleive he leaned over to untangle it and fell into the water, he didn't know how to swim, they are almost sure he is dead. So, my cell phone is broken and i didnt get time to go get the new one after school, my grandma might be facing cancer, my uncle's brother is assumed dead, my sister is in the middle of a melt down, and my dad is out of town for 10 days. I am now very tired and am going to go to bed. Tell me, is there anything else you want to throw my way?
