I mourn people who aren't (quite) dead yet

Mar 14, 2006 19:08

I got a call from my brother today. It's almost funny how mommy dearest cross-examined me afterwards. I plead the 5th. I have the right to remain silent, everything I say will be used against me.

Chainsaws still freak me out.
My teeth hurt like a beach.

It hurts to hang out with people who buy class rings because they want to remember the high school they came from.
Where is the sense in this? High School is really that good for you? It wastes 4 years of your life. That seems like something I'd remember. Realistically, who forgets that they went to a high school? Who wants to remember high school? But, they buy a $184 ring that looks like crap, and has your education carved into it.
Better things to spend $184 on:
-a crappy guitar
-tickets to shows (thats about...60 shows)
-mission trip to new orleans (pronounced new or-lens)
-lots and lots of italian sodas
-NICE jewelery.

School makes me realize why I don't like people. School makes me realize that there are people out there who care about what other people will think of them. School makes me realize what a waste of time teachers are. School makes me realize that most girls are too catty.

Countdown to sparkles and stick ups: 3 days
Countdown to the I-missed-you-but-you-came-back: 24 days.
sincerly, gurl spelled girl.
