It's like 'The Lost Weekend,' only with books.
So far this mini-vacation rocks. Here's how I spent pretty much all of my morning, along with my big sister, today:
The AAUW Book Sale, around here the holy grail of book bargain hunting. That's only like one corner of the sale floor represented there. Best of all, I only wound up spending about $12!
Tomorrow I pick up and get fitted in the new glasses, and pick up some prescription refills. And then GO HOME instead of going to work, which is FABULOUS.
