Spike tossed back his double whiskeys and tapped the bar for refills. Recognizing this dark mood, Willie hurried over and handed him the bottle.
“Thinks she’s so special. Goin’ round with ‘er nose inna air all, ‘Ohh, I’m the Chosen One,“ he slurred. “Lemme tellya somthin’, her arse ain’t any special'er'n any other Slayer’s. I’ve killed better Slayers than ‘er - I ever tellya ‘bout that?” Clem, between Frito nibbles, assured him he had.
“An, an' she’s got stupid hair too! stooped shiny bouncy hair…“
Clem shook his head as Spike nodded off. Nothing was sadder than a vampire in denial.
