I have decided that lady!Seifer will be easier to pull off for me for a cosplay for cons. Why you ask?
I have high heeled combat-esque boots (and blonde hair) that's why. I have... until april to find a long lightgray/white coat-thing and then I'm all set. How hard could that be?! Oh, and not cut my hair at all until after Otacon.
