Ahaha, wow, I'm a failure. So... first, I realized that the new Doctor Who series had begun, and that the first episode was going to air on BBC America tonight (last night?) at 9PM. Which meant that, OOPS, I'd missed the Christmas special! So I needed to go find it! Immediately I started looking all over the place for a decent torrent, but

Man, I was SO MAD that End of Time taunted us with MOAR DONNA and then didn't follow through :( But yes, Doctor&Wilf was AWESOME! (Almost awesome enough to distract me from the lolarious amounts of WTFery in those episodes.)

So far, I like Eleven and Amy a lot! Mostly because they remind me of Ten and Donna, if you redistributed some of the Doctor's crazy onto his companion and subtracted about a metric ton of emo (not that I don't love Ten, but it's a nice change of pace). Clearly each Doctor ideally needs an awesome red-haired BFF.

I like the new TARDIS (it changed in the old series, too), but it's like, lit weird or something. The sonic screwdriver change just seemed unnecessary, though (though it does make it easier to concoct Doctor Who-themed cocktails. Do you know how hard it is to get orange juice to turn blue? < /random>).
