My mom has some homeopathic (sp?) happy stuff that I'm going to run through. It's worth a shot.
You probably don't want to hear this but if you don't have access to medicine, diet and exercise are your next best option. But it's a vicious cycle, because who wants to work out and eat right when they're depressed?
yeah, was talking with my dad the other day and I mentioned that next to medication, excercise was really the answer. It's stinky but although I'm going to miss her, I'm sort of waiting for Bianca to move out so I can really set down and focus. Right now, there's just too much other stuff poking its head in every so often and that's enough to keep me from setting any kind of schedule.
yoga is also good- maybe there are some free yoga groups in your area. I go once a week now and I find it a nice release.
