1) You really need to watch with fellow fans to get a true flavor of fandom... unfortunately i didn't see it with speedyhobbit but it was a good crowd! Laughed at the appropriate spots, clapped and applauded at the right spots also! People stayed till the end credits when "Into the West" was beautifully playing and when Alan Lee's pictures were showcased.
omg so love!

2) I squee-ed and cheered when the Rohirrim showed, when my fave Theoden and Eowyn moment came when Theoden informed Eowyn of her duties... "I would see you smile again, not grieve for those whose time has come."

3) "My friends, you bow to no one!" CLASSICNESS

4) End of All Things beautifulness ahhh... LOVE LOVE LOVE. and pub scene... i could write more fanfic for that since i'm kinda inspired again now. :P

5) Walked out to go for bathroom breakon the Frodo telling Sam to go home though... That is the part i can never get through. And i emphasized to the boy (the TG from last last year :P) that Arwen's fate ISN'T tied to the Ring and she ISN'T dying and that is just a movie creation. RIGHT BOOK FANS??? ;)

6) PJ had a cool intro explaining the reason for putting this on the big screen and kinda preparing us that he wants us to have this on Blue Ray... truthfully, i'm not sure i'm getting BlueRay because I have all the EE's already. He emphasized the fact that he loved putting 6000 horses together for the ride of the Rohirrim... but we all know that form the EEs how that is done, right? ;)
Cool to see him talking about LotR always.

7) Eowyn-- i appreciated her a lot after watching this again...i dunno...i just LOVE strong female characters and she is definitely my pic for Character of this viewing... (oh maybe just my 20th+ time watching this? ;)

8) Frodo falling in style when the Eye is about to get him in Mordor--i always laugh at that. :P Does anyone else do that? I know someone has an icon of that pose somewhere on LJ. :P

9) I think there was somewhat of an error saying that Frodo (when he was writing the last parts of the Red Book) told Sam that is has been 4 years to the day since Weathertop? Now the wound at Weathertop happened Oct. 6, 1418 SR and Frodo left Middle-earth 1421 S.R right? So that is not 4 years-- movie error? :P

Fanfic ideas should abound now... one question is whether anyone wrote pre-Havens fic... i always want more holes to be filled in regarding on how Frodo could/couldn't disclose info to his cousins and Sam and if he left hints to even Rosie.

Ok...i need to shower/sleep now... if i squee some more i'll be spamming some more. ;)

FRODO LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

/EDIT:
Can't wait for The Hobbit 12/14/12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

squee, rotk squee-age
