I don't think we have any utilities. Checking the logs it looks like it's a city-wide event.
I'm going to go see if I can salvage some working light and heat sources we can use before it gets dark. I wish it wasn't so cold. We're going to need to set up some sort of defensive parameter, too. Who knows what will be wandering around once it gets dark.

I never want to be that sick again. I honestly thought I was going to die there for a while.
We have to be more careful. Allowing kidnappers and monsters to get so close is unacceptable.
