my grandma went home yesterday morning.
I love her but i can only take so much.
no wonder my dad and his sister live so far away from her.

when we picked her up at the airport, she didn't believe the Mercedes was my dad's car.
she thought he was using his father-in-laws'.
on the evening of boxing day, we got a phone call from my great-aunt Pat telling us that she and my grandmother's brother Hal had died.
Hal was 77, and both their little brother...
Soon aftre Pat called, Hal's partner Bobby called my grandmother giving her all the details about the papers she had to fill out and sign for Hal, as she was his next of kin.
.......Hal and Bobby had been together for 43 years...longer than many marriages....
They lived in Nevada (Las Vegas) and couldn't get married.
In Hal's will Bobby gets all his possessions, but beyond that......he gets nothing....none of his benefits and such.
and for what reason?
how is it really going to affect all those fucking right-wing douches?
not at all, because i bet many of them have either never met a gay person, or if they have, they've completely exiled them from their lives.
He couldn't even sign his fucking 'death papers' as my grandmother was referring to them as.
i am fucking pissed.
i've always been for it, but gay marriage has never been an issue to me because i had never really seen it affect me.
however, after this i am livid...

today is Tyler's 22nd birthday and he's in Mt. Tremblant at his friend Andrew's chalet. (ya loaded....)
Tomorrow night i think we're going to the movies. probably to see rocky. (ehhhh......)
i went shopping with my mom today....got some shirts and a long coat that reminds me of paddington bear :)
I also got a purse....(big suprise there) its red -wannabe leather and plaid on the inside.
I want to get leopard print shoes, but no stores like to have them in my size. bitches.
I'm tired though..i woke up at 8am haha. intense hours of the morning right there.
