Optic neuritis can suck on my lady balls
I had a great christmas! I love wrapping presents, and decorating trees. I fought the urge to throw budget to the wind (mostly) and spent responsibly this holiday season. I got lou a warm wool over coat, 2 scarves and a game called "things" that i think with my group of friends will be a non-pc blast.
Lou got me YourShape for the xbox kinect, so fun! and I've been excited about how it is going to help me loose weight (my new years resolution.) I don't have the money to join WW, so this was a great way to start a routine.

after a nice 15 minute work out I noticed that the vision in my right eye got blurry and blotchy: optic neuritis, a previous symptom of ms. turns out that when this happens, I've had too much strain, and I need to not stress my body as much. excercise, hot hows/baths and hot weather will exacerbate this symptom. (throws hands up) what the shit am I supposed to do? This is so defeating. I need to loose weight to be healthy, and my disease prevents me from loosing weight. defeat me.
looks like moderately paced walks are in my future.
