Today is sunday and that means wonderful church action with jessica (not the action you guys are accustomed to hearing about from me, get your minds out of the gutter).

Jessica and I went to Christian Celebration Center in midland, or "CCC" as the cool kids call it. I had mixed feelings about it. I was definitely entertained. There were heart felt testimonials, people not afraid to show thier love, two men in suits with their arms around each other, strange men in yellow uniforms who reminded me of those guys that change the tires on race cars and a fun pastor with the charisma of the anti-christ.(dont get me wrong, I like pastor joel...yup...joel)

I would have to say it was the most uplifting church I've ever attended, but alas, something didnt click right in my soul. I know its a perfect place for many to praise god, but I found it too hard to hear him over all the shouting. I would however recommend CCC to ANYONE! I even had this woman pray a Tumultuous slue of "hallelujahs" over me! That will send them running!

"in other news"(Im as original as Thomas Jefferson):
Work is angery with me again (whats new?). I showed up very "late" to mow the lawn. It was a misunderstanding, but they'll probably hold a grudge for a while.

I also worked out today for the first time in ages. I took it easy but still I think I hurt myself. I've been doing that a lot lately.

Meditation of the day:
Life is full of pain, loss, mistakes and regrets. We have to live out each day with them. Sometimes it becomes overwhelming and we just want to shout "why god?". But it is in these times of strife that we are left to ponder: Am I being "called" to suffer? Is this pain merely a vaccine to prepare me for the journey to the next world? Is life full of these sufferings to strengthen our spirits?
All I know is that all this pain creates the desire to pray, but diminishes some of the capability.
