Help for the Wedding
Just reflecting on my wedding, I feel extremely grateful for the people who helped make things run smoothly. I held my wedding at a Marriott, and the staff were extremely helpful, and I had a whole host of friends that did everything in their power to make sure that I didn't have to worry about a thing. Much of what I worried about ended up not being an issue. The one small thing that did not go as planned (the flowers from the ceremony did not make it into the banquet hall for the reception), I assigned to an aunt and uncle, and they took care of it without me even noticing it. My maid of honor and bridesmaids were awesome: they could give lessons on How To Pamper a Bride. My 2nd Mother took care of the set-up, Sandy and Denise took care of the guest book and gift tables, my sister-in-law was great at telling the Groom and Groomsmen where to be.
Honestly, for having never dreamed of my wedding, I got a fairy tale thanks to my loved ones.
