It's not all that surprising considering all the stress I've put my body through recently, but now I'm really not well.

I have the shakes, but every time I try to eat my stomach gets queasy. My head is spinning, but if I drink a lot my stomach gets queasy.

I'm pretty certain I have another ear infection.

I have an ear infection called Labyrinthitis. All they can give me is seasickness tablets. Not much use when I have a job interview tomorrow.

Is it going to be bad to phone them up today and explain that I'm ill and ask if we can change it?
