I'm just writing here to ask you to consider sponsoring my cousin Claire and her husband Andrew on a bike ride in London in a week and a half. Claire will be doing 52 miles while Andrew will cycle 26 miles.

Andrew got a rare form of cancer and is now thankfully in the clear - they're raising money to go towards research.

I found out about Memory Walks yesterday. They are walks organised all over the UK throughout the month of September in aid of the Alzheimer's Society. There is one in Derby on 12th September and I will be taking part. There are two routes of 1.5 miles each and I plan to do both routes. You can sponsor me if you are feeling generous.
