My first week of work went well and I think they like my work. I really hope I can get hired on there as a real employee. One guy at work apparently just changed from being a temp to a real employee just last week!
The people all seem so nice. It is kind of disturbing. I spent the last four years under the tyrannical rule of the other temp company (especially Olga) or Elaine. I've never worked anywhere where they think of you as a real person, not just a name and ID number. Or where they weren't just all assholes, out to get you if you have any real life to take care of.
It's kind of weird. And cool. And it is better quality work and I feel like it is rewarding, because of saving babies and their futures. I am hoping the company will have a lot more work when this technology gets really wide-spread, which I expect it will.
