past lives

bad dreams last night. this is not surprising, considering i weeded through some old stuff of mine last night. and of course, when i look through evidence of lives past, my subconscious tends to get stirred up.

i'm sure the dust will settle soon.

unresolved issues, anyone? what a way to start my day.

going to do a sun salutation and some pushups before hopping in the shower and starting my morning. hopefully that will all help to clear up my head a bit.
