Trumpets Play
Trumpets play and I would like to announce to myself, my top ten favorite animals. Start visuals now...
1. Sea otters are the coolest fucking animals on Earth. They're furry, they're mammals, they swim on their backs. Anyone who's seen that video of sea otters hold hands just know sea otters are the most love-able things on this planet. Very group-oriented and I'm kinda like that.
2. Tree kangaroos, the cutest of all tree climbing animals. How can you deny the face of a tree kangaroo? These guys are always having tons of fun. Fun is always good.
3. Red pandas are like raccoons with a beer. Super chill, looks good, always chillaxin. Plus, check out that cool fur. It's fresh to death!
4. Platypus. Exactly how it sounds. WHAT THE FUCK? Is it a duck? Is it a beaver? Either way at one point a duck and a beaver got it on, told their friends and evolution took its course to create one useful animal. It can swim and beat stuff with it's beaver-like tail. Can someone say spoiled?
5. Sloths are the laziest animal on Earth, but no one ever makes fun of them. If someone is slow you might call them a snail or a turtle, but never a sloth. Why? Because sloths are the stoners of the animal kingdom. A standard sloth face seems to say, "What's up man?... I'm just hanging around."
6. Moles, moles, moles! They're everywhere and check out the cuteness factor. Cute little moles running around everywhere? AWESOME.
7. Black-footed penguins are not your standard penguins. They are generally smaller and are just as group oriented as sea otters. Catch them at a zoo and you're bound to see two of them in love. Aw.
8. Green sea turtles are the stoners of the sea, (thanks to Finding Nemo) always traveling to far off places to gain life changing experience. Their young'ns are born on beaches to crawl to the sea to follow a natural flow of ocean to wherever destiny should take them- but they never forget where home is.
9. The peregrine falcon was one of the first birds I ever saw with a hood on his head. An animal who needs such contraint proves to have a lot of power. Behold its beauty in its deep eyes and full wingspan.
10. Gray kangaroos are the standard kangaroos that most people can identify. It has a pouch for its babies... need a I say more? Tell them to share the love! Humans need to get this close to thei children.
