Yes, another within a short period of time. :-)

Work is work. It's insane. I'd honestly forgotten why I got out of tech, but the memories come flooding back. So instead, I'll talk of other things. ;-)

Crys got into a bit of her personal backstory on the podcast this week, so I'll be editing that tomorrow and hope to have it up by Saturday. Have been cleaning and trying to get the Apt. looking MUCH better than it has been. Tonight was cleaning, mixed with watching Kill Bill. Dunno why that's such a nostalgic pick for me. Something about the way it is structured.

Finally getting around to posting a list of questions that Confusedjew asked me ages ago. I figure that'll be the update (well...I did cover a few bills that were badly necessary...hopefully some of the rest of the stuff will pull together soon).

Anyways, no meandering or mewling.

1. what is your all time favorite t.v. show ever..and why? I can't pick one. Each show I watch tends to pull at me for different reasons. I will say, I don't tend to go for the flashy "pretty" ones..I like ones that force me to think. Recently, I've gotten into "American Horror story", but it's not a "fave". Lost, Quantum Leap, Dr. Who, Babylon 5, Night Court. Notice the dissimilarity there? ;)

2.if you could have your won action figure of you what would it come with and what would it be able to do? Hrm...I had a "Brodie" from Mallrats moment. I'm not suer I could come up with this. Kung Fu grip is right out...maybe the ability to tune out the world woes and just write..but I think a knowledge of what is going on...the ability to tap into the fears hitting the world...I think tha'ts a big deal right now for any writer.

3.what isyour dream job including what, with whom and the where? I'd be writing and making decent money off of the books and stories I have to share. I'd be...probably not far from here..in a house with Cry and friends. She'd be working music and I'd be down in front of a monitor putting words to dreams and fragments of dreams. Similar to what I'm doing now.

4.what is and how did you fine you very first fandom? Comic books. We went to the Ash comiccs show in 1986 (which is still in existence to this day). There was a weird black and white comic that I was sure wouldn't amount to anything...Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...the first issue was going for like, $100...and I just didn't get it. Now I kinda wish I had those. There were anime showings on a small TV at the front of the reg area. That was my first fandom encounter. Me, My best friend and my father. I don't remember what comics I picked up.

5.what is your idea of the most perfect day ever? A day away from fear and worry. Others say to just not worry...which is great in theory. the problem is that part of my PTSD is a continuous "Worst Case" planning mode that will not shut off. So a few days of not having that continuously resident in my head would be loverly.

6.what was your best meal ever? Huh....Similar to TV, I like so many types of foods that it's hard to narrow it down. I will say that the best I've had in a long while was a Sullivan's near the fashion mall. I was treated by a supervisor...the Mac and Cheese was great...along with the meatloaf I got.

7.what do you have the most faith in? People, actually. Not just "the good" of people..but that people will invariably act according to their backgrounds...that combination of nature/nurture that even when you think people can be horrid..really, there's a reason for it. I do tend to think we are all "good" in some manner..but the damages or our pasts can be hard to overcome at times.

So, that's a very convoluted set of answers. :-)
