Here it is...
All right, kids! I'm finally updating. Seriously, nothing exciting happens to me so I don't really write in this thing that much.
I took a test this morning and it was a learning experience. "What did Jamie learn," you may ask...well, Jamie learned that you actually need to attend class to do well on exams. At least there is still one test left. I'll take that one to the woodshed and we will have no furhter issues. :-P
I had a pretty good weekend. I got to go to Deaf Happy Hour and sign with a bunch of deaf people...(actually I kind of just signed with Dave because the Deafs thought we were dumb, I think.) We are kind of dumb, though, so it's ok. Katie and I went to dinner on the Southside @ Fathead's. It was really cool to see different parts of the city other than Oakland and Downtown. Plus, a night out with the Katison is always super fun! :-D
I had a good spring break...very relaxing! I didn't work, didn't do homework, didn't clean my house, and slept SUPER late. It was great! Dude! Have you guys ever been on a train?!?! It's so fun! They're like airplanes on wheels and that go a lot slower, but you have leg room! It was amazing to ride one of them home after becoming so accustomed to Greyhound.
I got an internship for the summer! :-D I'm definitely going to be working the morning show on Q102, so you all better get up really early and listen to it ;-) I'll be answering the phones, so no pranks, k? I interviewed for the church internship, too, which is paying and more along the lines of what I want to do, so I hope I get that one, too. I have a bad feeling about that one, though, but we'll see. If God wants me to have it, He'll give it to me. If not, I'll just spend another hellish summer working at Target-O!
I was going to say something, but I can't remember what it was...
Ooh! I bought plates and stuff for my new apartment and I bought a desk! I'm so excited for next year. I just wish Katie wasn't leaving halfway through the year...stupid smart kids... :-(
You better seriously come visit, Missy!
Ok...I gotta run to class. I hope that will keep you entertained for a while, even though I really didn't have anything to say.
P.S. Can somebody recommend any good music...my collection is getting rather stale and I don't know anything that's out now because I don't listen to the radio out here. Seriously, I've been on a huge Britney kick for like a week now...please fix it!
