So hi!
I think I'm finally back to being myself after two weeks of being really stressed out. I think I need to stop holding myself to such high standards and worrying over every stupid little thing.
The weather was really nice today and yesterday and I got to dress all cute today. (for those of you who didn't see me, I looked cute ;-)) I got to wear sandals that hurt my feet so bad, but at least they're really heavy so I can build some leg muscles.
I gave up soda for lent (and I'm not even Catholic). This is day 7 without it and I only miss it a little bit. I seriously feel like an addict. I should go to Pepsi Anonymous or something...Hi! I'm Jamie and I'm a sodaholic. (I am by no means making fun of alcoholics btw)
I'm in the computer lab and some guy just sat down across from me who looks just like my cousin who is a mortician...weird stuff.
I had the best dinner in the world last night thanks to Chef Katison...huh huh! :-D Katie made me a steak dinner last night, but for to protect her from the horrors of discipline from ResLife, I won't discuss how it was cooked ;-)
My Brain and Behavior class got moved to a different building today because the room that we have usually been meeting in caught on fire on Friday. I really hated the new room when I walked in, but I think it turned out to be good because this is the first time I didn't nod off in that class *hangs head in shame* Anyways, it made me really happy. I actually learned stuff today. :-D
I get to go home on Friday on the train! I've never been on a real train before so I'm kind of excited! (Listen to me sounding all sorts of four years old :-P) I have to ride by myself, though, which kind of sucks. Tony's staying here to do a TKD demo on Sunday. We're riding back together though the next Sunday with his friend Debbie. I'm kind of excited about that, too, because I need to meet this girl for real. I have seen her, but never officially met her, so a long train ride should do the trick.
I'm not working over spring break! I have officially become a slacker! :-D Oh well! I really need the time to just sit back and take a breather. If anyone at home wants to hang out, give me a call some time next week. This means YOU!!! (unless of course you're not from the Philadelphia area, then it doesn't mean you O:-))
Ok! I gotta get going. I have film class in a little bit and it's really hard to get a good seat in there unless you get there super early, so I'm gonna. Have a great week, everybody!
um...p.s. I have the best boyfriend in the world! Thanks babe for being there for me whenever I need you. (to everyone else: sorry about the mushiness)
