I feel like I need to take action. I'm not sure what to do, but I need to do somethig. The way things are right now is not okay. I need to change them, but I don't know how. It seems to fit the pattern that you go through. You may want to get some psychological help sorting through that.

I've done psychological help four separate times with three separate counselors. While that does fit, psychotherapy is a load of hooey that doesn't actually work for the people who need it. It's designed for people who do have a good handle on life, not for the crazies.
