Jack may be in trouble: on the first page of Chapter 1, under Individuals' Responsibilities: "Members will not stand or walk with hands in pockets of any uniform combination, other than to insert or remove items."
Oh, and for the men's mess dress uniform, "Blue satin bow tie is mandatory." I have a mental image of the sort of outfits that small boys are forced to wear to weddings. :D
But apparently "wear of the Polyester-Double Knit Service Dress Jacket" has been revised out of the document.
Ah, uniforms: good for a laugh.
