Cherish the moment
Charlotte is growing. While she still runs and plays in a kiddish way, she is visibly bigger everyday. And gosh, she looks different from day to day too. I remind myself to cherish the moments, as I play with her, walk her and pat her to sleep. The day will come when she is too big to curl up on my lap.
Often we look back with font memories at certain special moments and periods in our lives. We always wish they could have lasted longer or that we had cherished them more. I wonder if we would feel differently in time to come if we consciously cherish these moments as they present themselves here and now.
