I bought a Betta fish. He very much needs a name. Also, a house. But mostly a name. He's dark blue, very active, and seems frightened of my finger -- that's about all I've noticed so far. As he's currently being referred to as "My Biology Experiment", a name seems quite in order.
I can't believe I just put myself in charge of a living thing. A bird or a bunny would have been a much better choice, I think. You can only stare at a fish. However, I couldn't come up with a good project idea for Animal Behavior, so here I am.
Maybe Miles. Niles. Perhaps Giles?
