This may seem like an odd question

But does anybody know which common US shops are good for business attire?

Like, chain stores as common as Target or, I don't know, Starbucks.

For the last four years I've worked at a convenience store where I had no choice but to wear, well, the sort of clothes people wear in convenience stores. I've salivated for a long time at the prospect of a workplace where I can wear real clothing, but it's been such a long time that, apart from certain articles more suited for going out with my friends, I no longer own real clothing.

But on Monday I've got an interview at a bank. It's kind of the best possible job for me at this point in my life. If I get it, I'll pretty much be on cloud nine. But I'll need business attire. Blouses, camis, pencil skirts, etc. Proper, grown up, professional clothes.

...where do I find that stuff? Because I do most of my shopping at places like Target where the clothes are cheap and at Dot's where they're both cheap and stylish. But Dot's is a bit...flashy. I'd like toned down stuff, but I have no idea where to find it. Particularly in plus sizes.

Any suggestions? 'Cause I can't wear my one professional outfit every day.
