A/N - The following includes any Anne/Katherine drabbles from 100 themes.

16. Fairy (The Other Boleyn Girl; Anne/Katherine; PG)

Everyone knows the fairy theme is the Boleyn girl’s doing, not the modest queen’s. Yet Katherine is still beautiful, her eyes glowing with a regular suspicion of balls. She sees Lady Anne staring at her from over the King’s shoulder. She believes it must be jealousy, for the King complimented his wife.

But that evening, as Katherine prays with closed eyes, she feels someone breathing lustily behind her. She whirls around and sees Anne fleeing. She feels the question the lady has left.

What was it that was so special about you when he loved you? I want it too.

27. Hate (The Other Boleyn Girl; Anne/Katherine; G)

Anne used to be ashamed of her admiration of Queen Katherine. The old woman was her rival, an obstacle in the middle of her immaculate planning. But now, as she watches the King ignore her, dismiss her, move away from her, the dead queen becomes her only comfort. An idol. A symbol of ultimate doom.

“How did you bear be so brave?” She whispers to the necklace in her hand, one of the deceased queen’s old jewels. It is the dead of the night, and Anne can’t sleep. “How did you withstand his hate, knowing that he once loved you?”
