Here's a photo of Project #2/50. Yarn was Lana Grossa Mega Stretch Boot and only used about half the skein for this pair. #2 DPN needles. Since it doesn't look like Jana's new boots are very breathable, I'm motivated to have her wear wool with them when possible.
Project #3/50, a light box for small studio shooting. I'll try to get a photo. It was inspired by another

I just frogged the mittens I was working on earlier tonight. Was attempting to modify an adult mitten pattern to a kids' size and it wasn't looking right. So back to square 1.
It's been snowing now for a couple of days and it's sticking. Here's hoping that my citrus trees wrapped in hay and burlap make it through. I was going to bring them in for the winter but was convinced by a NY gardening friend to try leaving them outside and wrap in burlap.
I just retired 1 of my 2 plumeria cuttings from Orlando. The 2 photos on the right are of the happier plumeria. I treated them identically. I put them each in a milk carton container of vermiculite and when I saw leaves on the one, it got transplanted to regular potting soil.
My bamboo sticks did not make the transition from Jana's bedroom to the master bedroom. :( But my lettuce and coleus seedlings are coming along.
Only photo of coleus for now.
