How fun it is to transplant!

Michael was helping me put the gardenfabric back up on the hoops when I was done. I transplanted:

(1) artichoke
(1) red pear tomato - indeterminate
(2) rosemary seedlings
a dozen or so nante carrots.

The new neighbor asked us, "Hey guys, what are you planting?" I asked, "Um, veggies? Um, it's a veggie bed." She replied, "Oooh."

???

I wasn't trying to be rude, I just got stumped and didn't know how to answer. Do I rattle off what's in the bed and what's going in? I'm now thinking of putting a sign up, like you see at conservatories and botanical gardens. Ah, Michael suggested that maybe people were wondering veggie bed vs flower bed. Ok, I can buy that.

Other updates, I transplanted the dwarf blueberry into a newspaper pot, like I did with the dwarf banana tree. Until they bigger and I am sure of where they'll be planted to next.

tomato, rosemary, garden, blueberry, banana, carrots, blueberries, dwarf, artichoke
