Kitchen Remodel Progress, Days 3-5
End of Day 3: Wednesday, 4/29
Framing the pass-through (between kitchen and dining room).
Re-wiring for the pass-through counter (Michael did the data there and data and coax on another wall). A strawberry snack for the evening (convenient non-cooking snack).
New boards for floor.
Wiring for new standard-size dishwasher. Yup, plumbing coming eventually.
End of Day 4: Thursday, 4/30
Wallboards and patching.
Contractor (Terry) chiseled conduit into the brick.
Ceiling ready for painting.
New washing machine, Paykel and Fisher Ecosmart, couldn't be delivered on the first attempt. Michael made a plywood template to make a plan on how to get it installed into the basement.
End of Day 5: Friday, 5/1
New Eliane ceramic tile laid.
